Born on the Westside between Venice and Santa Monica, I grew up restless and ready to see the world. After finishing business school in New York, I made a bold decision and moved to Italy, learned the language, and immersed myself in design at Rome’s Accademia di Costume e di Moda.

My career ever since has been an adventure in contrast. I’ve gone from small boutique tailor shops to massive corporate retailers and back home to the hands-on world of California's mid-sized brands. I gained experience in a range of product from sweaters and knits to sportswear, soft wovens, swimwear and accessories.

Working at this boutique level has allowed me to have a more hands-on approach working very closely on all aspects of the business, from sourcing and producing, to marketing and social endeavors, styling photoshoots and creating beautiful concepts and collections.

My design sense is a unique blend of European tradition, and a relaxed effortless California sensability. I’m a lover of color & print, seaming details, and "beautiful imperfections" that make a piece feel real. I enjoy making clothing that people love to wear, that bring them a sense of cool and confidence. Because of my background, I continue to evolve as a designer that embraces the creative without losing sight of the audience and the market.
